Last Synchronization Result

Here you get a very valuable information on the the results of the last synchronization attempt: it might be OK if the synchronization was successful or a description of an error with reasons for the latter.

In case any DNS records shipped with the HSPC subscription have been modified, which affected the overall performance or caused malfunction, you can restore the records by clicking the Restore Records button. Restoring records is applied only to the HSPC DNS records and does not modify manually added custom records. If new records have been added, which also resulted in erroneous performance, it is recommended to delete all the DNS records at Service Director > Domain Manager > Domains > <Domain> > DNS Zone, except for SOA and NS records, and initiate records restoration. You can preview the records to be restored by clicking the Preview Restored Records button before trigging off restoration.

Note: For Plesk Domains using Plesk Node as a primary source of DNS records, Restore Records forces complete overwriting the Plesk DNS records. The same effect has the Synchronize Suppliers action.
